Here are some web sites we have built and maintain. There are quite a few others, but the owners have decided to take over maintaining them, or in a few cases, hire someone who has some skills I do not and have no desire to learn such as Flash animation.
The very first site I built is SWS Security. A fairly large site with about 130 pages and requiring frequent updates, would cost several thousand dollars plus a considerable yearly maintenance fee. I usually get new information posted within 24 hours.
The other three, CSE Associates, Microsearch LLC, Increased Odds and WoolyDogs are in the $500 range with maintenance included for one year and $100 per year after. In building these sites, I work closely with the owners to make them as as desired. Nit-picking is expected. Or as withsome previous sites, just 'take the ball and run with it'. One good example is a site I will be rebuilding, Pacific Loan & Jewelry. I took the initiative and searched for appropriate information to place on the site.
Other sites I started, but were later taken over by the owners themselves include Head Injury Law, and Roll Out Shelves.

All sites include the Toedter site map, Atomz onboard Search Engine, and basic SEO.
